Pickup Options

FoxPost Parcel Locker – nearly 500 locations nationwide

Your PC-Alarm Focus sample collection kit is delivered exclusively to a FoxPost parcel locker of your choice. Home delivery is not available at this time.

• Packages typically arrive at the selected locker within 1–3 business days.
• Once delivered, your package will remain in the locker for 5 days.
• If the package is not collected within 5 days, FoxPost will automatically return it to us.

Notifications

FoxPost will send you an email with the tracking number once the package is dispatched. When the package arrives at the locker, you will receive the pickup code via SMS or email.

Important: Please make sure your phone number is entered correctly during checkout. Otherwise, you will not receive FoxPost notifications.

Payment at the FoxPost Locker

Payment is made by bank card when collecting the package from the FoxPost locker. An advance invoice is issued automatically at the moment of pickup and immediately becomes available in your user account.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is already included in the price of the test, so no additional delivery fee applies.

Returning Your Sample to the Laboratory

Returning your sample is also done through a FoxPost parcel locker — fast, convenient, and free of charge.

Return Instructions

• Place the sample into the provided safety bags.
• Insert the sealed bags into the bubble mailer.
• The return shipping label is already pre-applied to the envelope.
• At the locker, select “Send Parcel – With Return Code” and scan the barcode on the label.

Validity

The return shipping label is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. After 60 days, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Notifications

FoxPost will send email updates at every stage of the return journey, so you always know when your sample reaches our laboratory. You can check the current status of your order anytime in your user account, under the Orders menu.

Payment Options

Bank Card Payment at FoxPost Parcel Lockers

Payment can be made exclusively by bank card when collecting the package. No cash handling fee, no delivery fee, no hidden charges.

HUF 75,000 (gross)

Issued as a healthcare service – 0% VAT.

Invoicing

• An advance invoice is issued when the package is collected.
• A final invoice is issued once the analysis is completed.
• Both documents can be downloaded from your user account, under the Orders menu.
